PTC heater technology and function

Use attention
(1) PTC heater sheet has the characteristics of automatic constant temperature. It does not need the temperature control system. It can be directly energized by PTC heater sheet.
(2) When PTC heater is used to heat liquid (such as water), the PTC heater will not be damaged after the liquid is dried.
(3) if the PTC heater plate is used to heat the cold air, the PTC heater plate will not be damaged when the wind is not supplied.
(4) the service life is long, and the service life is more than 10 years.
(5) reliable operation, using PTC heater plate internal characteristics of temperature control, will never exceed the temperature.
(6) the working voltage is very wide: when the working voltage changes 2 times, the surface temperature changes very little.
(7) when multiple PTC heater plates are used together, they should be connected in parallel and not connected in series.
(8) different heating conditions make the heating power of PTC heater plate vary greatly.
(9) the heating power is large to small after being energized and finally stabilized. The stable power is related to the operating conditions. If the same PTC heater is used under different conditions, the power may differ several times. The faster the heat dissipation, the greater the stable power; the higher the surface temperature of PTC, the higher the power.
(10) The surface temperature of PTC heater is controlled by PTC itself or by disconnecting circuit, but it can not be controlled by adjusting voltage.
(11) PTC itself has high reliability and long life, but if it is not properly assembled, the power and temperature of the product will be unstable.
(12) when multiple PTC are used together, they should be connected in parallel and not concatenate.
