products. The heating body is made of imported round silk pottery, which

The
first condition of Ceramic band heaters forming is the interaction
between powder and water hardening, and then the reinforcement of the
binder part. A certain time of static has an important impact on the
final forming effect. When the mold has a preliminary hardness,
according to different types of additional measures to further
strengthen the force, such as through heating, vacuum drying,
ultraviolet light irradiation and so on. After this process is
completed, the mold has a strong hardness, which requires the removal of
other powder from the surface and the brush to sweep away most of the
surrounding powder. The remaining less powder can be removed by
mechanical vibration, microwave vibration, wind blowing in different
directions. It has also been reported that molds are immersed in special
solvents which can dissolve dispersed powders, but can not dissolve
solidified molds to remove excess powders.
For
moulds finished with powder, especially for moulds made of gypsum base,
Tao Ciji and other absorbent materials. Also need to consider its
long-term preservation problem, the common method is to brush a layer of
waterproof curing adhesive outside the mold, increase its strength, to
prevent weakening due to water absorption. Or the mold can be immersed
in a protective polymer, such as epoxy resin, cyanoacrylate, molten
paraffin, the final mold can be waterproof, strong, beautiful, not easy
to deform and so on.
