What is the use of tubular heater with thermostat?

Tubular heaters are widely used to heat air, oil, water, chemical solvents, molds, etc. It is a very general heater. It consists of stainless steel seamless tube, spiral resistance wire and crystalline magnesia powder. It has excellent overall performance, long life and easy maintenance.
The spiral resistance wire is evenly distributed in the stainless steel seamless tube, and the crystalline magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation property is filled in the gap. The structure is compact, the thermal efficiency is high, the heating is uniform, and the heat generated by the resistance wire is transferred to the stainless steel seamless tube through the magnesium oxide powder and diffused to the metal. The surface of the tube is heated by means of heat conduction and thermal radiation to achieve the purpose of heating up.
